First of all we would like to thank you for sticking with us through our recent upgrades. We apologise for the inconvenience this has caused however, it was a crucial and long awaited upgrade.

We are now in the final phase of the upgrades, this means we will be invoicing tomorrow 1st September 2010 using our brand new billing software. We have reconfigured some of our plans that charge monthly to invoice every quarterly or annually. This change applies only to accounts with services charged below $5.00 per month in the old billing system.

To check your invoices, organise payments, renew domains, upgrade or downgrade plans please follow the steps listed below:

Step 1 - Click here to get your new password to access your account

Step 2 - Use the main email address for your account

Step 3 - Check your inbox, follow the instructions in the email by clicking the link

Step 4 - You will receive your password instantly in your email inbox

Step 5 - Now go to https://billing.ww.co.nz which our portal area and login

Step 6 - Change your password to something more memorable, click My Details > Change Password

WEB WORLD PORTAL & SUPPORT

You'll be pleased to know that our support helpdesk has also gone through an upgrade. Through our Customer Portal you can submit your support request, if urgent you can call us on 0800 96 99 96 or use our Online Chat Support at www.webworld.co.nz .
