As you may be aware, the government has decided to increase GST from 12.5% to 15% from 1 October 2010. This means that your regular monthly invoices generated after 1 October 2010 will be increased to reflect the additional GST.

All invoices due before the 1st October will still be at 12.5% GST, even if paid after the 1st of October.

If you currently pay for services via Direct Debit or Credit Card Authority you will not need to take any action as we will automatically adjust the amount to cover the increased GST amount for you.

If you pay by other means, such as Direct Credit, Automatic Payment or Internet Banking then you will need to change your payment amount to match the new total on the invoice you receive.

We are now in the final phase of the upgrades, this means we will be invoicing tomorrow 1st September 2010 using our brand new billing software. We have reconfigured some of our plans that charge monthly to invoice every quarterly or annually. This change applies only to accounts with services charged below $5.00 per month in the old billing system.
